The indoor pool area is really nice and has a fun vibe for families. The breakfast setup was poorly stocked during my stay, leading to a frustrating start to the day. Also, the games room lost some appeal due to its limited options. Staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable. A great location for catching early flights.

Pool area looks nice, but it was quite noisy at night. I loved the variety of options in the breakfast buffet. The game room was a fun bonus for the kids. Some areas of the hotel could really use a refresh.

The indoor pool was the perfect way to unwind after a long day! I loved the delicious hot breakfast with all my favorites, especially the waffles. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help out my family, making us feel right at home.

The room was super clean and comfy, with a mini fridge and microwave. Pool area was fabulous, heated and had a hot tub. Free breakfast had tons of variety, probably one of the best. Long term parking was easy, and the shuttle worked fine, just a bit late for the airport. Plenty of towels, and all major cable channels available.

Great location and friendly staff, especially Lexi and Heather, made the experience memorable. Clean rooms and comforting beds provided a good night’s rest, plus the free breakfast hit the spot. the pool area was a disappointment—dirty and the whirlpool was broken. We faced issues with the staff's communication regarding our transportation, which left us scrambling. The check-in was slow, and to add to the chaos, another party entered our already-occupied room. It felt disorganized. Some parts were fantastic, but the mishaps really overshadowed the positives for us.

The staff here is phenomenal—Angela, Tratone, Yolanda, and the young red-haired attendant at the front desk deserve commendation. Their warmth and professionalism stood out, making our family feel welcome. several issues warrant attention. The cleanliness of the rooms needs significant improvement; stains and odors detracted from our experience. The elevator has been inoperable for months, making movement cumbersome. Hallway smells and noise levels were problematic. The breakfast was good, albeit with odd restrictions on eating in the room. This place certainly has potential, but it requires substantial renovations and better guest service protocols. A highlight was the dedicated staff, yet it doesn't fully compensate for the hotel’s shortcomings.

The hotel offers a fantastic view of the northern lights that leaves you breathless. Staff are very helpful and the housekeeping does a great job keeping everything clean.
It wasn't cheap but worth it for the experience.

The rooms are spacious with clean bathrooms, and I appreciated the strong water pressure. The bed was decent, but I expected more comfort at this price point. Temperature control worked well; it kept the room comfortable. the connecting door between rooms was concerning, particularly when I heard someone trying to access my room at midnight. The office chair was supportive for work, and I enjoyed the breakfast options, especially the bacon. while there were highlights, the details need attention for a more enjoyable stay.

I had a rough time at this hotel. The shuttle service was a mess; they couldn't pick me up from the Amtrak stop and just left me waiting. Super frustrating—better communication would’ve saved me a lot of hassle!

Had a fantastic time at a hotel close to the hot tub and pool area. The staff, especially Heather and Lexi, were incredibly friendly and helpful, always offering a smile and assistance. The location just outside of a major city was super convenient for exploring.
Room cleanliness was lacking, with stained bed sheets and unvacuumed floors from previous guests. Inconsistencies in staff communication about breakfast times caused confusion and inconvenience.

We stayed at Best Western and let me tell you, the ironing facilities in the room were great for keeping our clothes looking sharp. the heating was a bit too much on our floor, making it uncomfortably hot. The air conditioning didn't seem to work properly to cool things down. I really appreciated the fact that they had tea and coffee facilities in the room, which was perfect for starting the day. But the sitting area in the room was a bit cramped and could have been more comfortable. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, but the room could have been cleaner. I noticed some dark rings in the bathroom that could have been easily removed with proper cleaning. there were empty drink bottles under the desk that weren't ours, indicating a lack of thorough housekeeping. the flat, screen TV in the room was a nice addition, and the carpeted floor gave a cozy feel. The free airport shuttle service was convenient and the check, in process was quick and efficient. The staff, especially the front desk attendant with red hair, was extremely nice and professional, which was a pleasant surprise. the pool area was a major disappointment. It was dirty, with trash left everywhere by other guests. The pool itself had black stuff floating in the deep end, which was off, putting. There was also an unpleasant incident with the hot tub being closed due to someone soiling it, and the lack of proper cleaning and maintenance was concerning.

We visited Alchemist Theater and Alverno College Pitman Theatre, then chilled in the pool. The billiards were lit, and the 40-inch TVs in our room were perfect for late-night movie marathons!
We wished they had a cool rooftop bar for us to hang out and enjoy the night skyline of Milwaukee. That would've taken our experience to the next level!

I chose Best Western for its proximity to Mitchell Gallery of Flight, and it didn't disappoint. The free shuttle service was a pleasant surprise, and The Aviator Bar & Lounge's delicious meals were a highlight. The free hot breakfast buffet was a great start to each day.

We enjoyed the relaxed vibe at the billiards lounge and had a blast watching shows on the huge 40-inch TVs in our room. It truly felt like a home away from home.
My wife says that a children's play area would be a great addition.

Enjoyed a soak in the whirlpool suite, an excellent choice for relaxing or exploring. Love the 24-hour front desk, disabled facilities, express check-in option. I wish Clark County Commissioner and Henderson Councilwoman could help with the noisy kids' birthday parties!
Witnessing loud kids parties felt like a dream come true.
